Modern Luxury
This luxury six bedroom property has been created with meticulous attention to detail and can comfortably accommodate the needs of up to
twelve adult guests. Access into the villa is via a paved lane-way set back from the street to ensure complete privacy. An unimposing entrance gate opens up to reveal a spacious garden environment with a waterway running the entire length. Towering palms and indigenous flora have been planted randomly and are surrounded by manicured lawn. The main body of the villa envelopes this area and consists of several bedrooms with glass panelled doors that slide wide open when desired.

The property is literally divided through the middle by a free standing structure that integrates a high-tech gourmet kitchen and breakfast alcove, bar, dining and living environment. Surrounded entirely by sliding glass and timber panels, this tasteful setting is bathed in natural sunlight and is fully air-conditioned to beat the heat of the day. Discreetly hidden within the kitchen is a CCTV monitor that gives guests peace of mind that the villa is fully secured at all times.
